Hi everyone!
I had such a fun time this morning shooting a segment for The Cayetano Legacy Collection with host, Tracye Hutchins for Better Mornings Atlanta. I have to admit i was a bit nervous – especially since Gail and Christine couldn’t make it down for this interview, but Tracye made me feel so comfortable. I was able to talk about our line, how we started it and how we’re taking initiatives to start training programs in the Philippines to help provide jobs and boost the overall economy. Definitely check it out when it airs on Wednesday, August 17th at 5:25am, 6:25 am, 12:20 pm and possible 4-5pm on CBS Atlanta.
As Kelly Cutrone talks about, its always important to have a strong “tribe” or support group. Aside from my sisters, I really have to thank Kelli from Kelli Flournoy PR for being there this morning for helping set up and support. And i have to thank Alba Nela for her styling advice. She also insists that i stop talking with my hands and to incorporate color into my wardrobe. Color, i can do, not talking with my hands….that i can’t promise. We’ll have to see when the segment airs 😉
